This product was listed at $27 with free shipping. When I placed the order I was told that the cost of shipping to the US had increased and I owed them an additional 17 dollars in shipping. Not okay. That's the whole reason I purchased from this seller. It looks like they have since changed their listing to show the new pricing, but not okay that they refused to ship the item I purchased at the agreed-upon price. They were completely unwilling to work with me and basically said pay us or cancel the order. There was no middle ground or "we're sorry for the misunderstanding". The only reason they get 2 stars is for actually responding to my messages in a timely manner.
