I saved some money buying this scooter from wheels rider instead of the other dealers in the US. Over all, the quality looks genuine, I have a Zero 8 so I have a good baseline to compare it too. My speed test with the 52V 9 LG battery was 28+mph on a 35 degree day 140lb rider. Range is around 17 miles. I love the 9 its been great, so much better than the 8! It took almost exactly 2 months from order day to door step in WI USA. unfortunately its winter here so I haven't put more than 20 miles on it!

Better customer service than I experience in Australia a lot of the time. Great communication, great scooter, great store. I will definitely use them again!
