Came completely bent and no matter how much I fill it and leave it, the leather is bent and damaged due to packaging

many aliexpress shops sell "same product" by using same picture, but very different price. From this shop the bag looks like in the picture. My photos probably are not so professional, not so good light, but can obviously see that here iti really is same product. Otherwise you can find this bag even for half this price, but ... guess what you will get ... :)
