Seller quickly helped me out with order problem.
The product never arrived, I chose the version that was located in Belgium for theoretically faster shipping and after waiting for 1+ months when the supposed shipping time was 10 days I got informed that the product was out of stock and should wait another 20-25+ days for it to ship from China to Belgium and then another 10+ days for it ship to my house. I find this unacceptable for a brand like Zemismart which I thought was trusted. I really needed this product for my Bedroom and they made me lose so much time (3 months+). I really hoped that this in the end would end with me having the product in my hands but after so much waiting time they refund me my money back and I never received the order.
