Zemismart costumer relationship is mainly based on automatic reply messages. And WITH SOME LUCK you will have a inconclusive answer after 2 or 3 BUSINESS days. About your complaint? Probably they will say "we answer you tomorrow"; Again more 2 our 3 days. And the problem becomes an infinit loop. It´s not a seriuos company. Look for another brand even tempted by they low prices. Smart Switches "buzz" when turned off. Annoying!
