I received the item. Packaged well and fast delivery. It is not working properly It crackles when connected thru bluetooth. The company wanted me to return the item at my expense to receive a refund. Why would I do that? In the end, Ali Express stepped in and I received half a refund. For me the product is sub par. I recommend a different seller and product.
