The tester was send fast. Unfortunately the current measurement was not working for low currents. This (on my tester) LM321 has an offset voltage of 4.5mV. Too much for the design. I changed the 510k resistor to 150k (180k would also be good) and now it works (after calibration) very accurate. Thanks.
