My item was ordered in October 2019 but I only received it in late December. Seller refused to accept my refund request but insisted I check with my postal service. Even after I provided screenshot of my postal service page as proof that no such package with that tracking number arrived, seller refused to refund me but also did not bother to check why item has not even left China! Finally, in late December then seller updated the tracking info and it showed that was a delay in shipping out the item from China. I have blacklisted this seller and will not buy from them again.
