Shipment arrived pretty quickly packed in a simple plastic envelope. No damage whatsoever. It's silicon rather than EPDM but is still rather compliant. It's a novelty design that hopefully keeps the engine bay cleaner over a longer period. Being stiffer than EPDM, attempting to work round corners without cutting out separate pieces proved quite challenging. It didn't look as smart as hoped after it was all done. Being a 1st time user of this material, maybe learning to use it over a few more times might result in nicer installations. Will need to drive around a bit come rain or shine, then have a peek under the hood to see how well this seal works. Just from looking, though, there's definitely no gaps between the hood & grill / headlights, except for the extremes. Still glad to try these, especially from this seller. ☺
