There was tracking problems but we solved it with seller. Not tested yet but it looks promising.

The power supply was shipped fairly quickly. It arrived in good condition and seems to be working fine. But it does make some clicking noises when it is charging, and it is hard to tell if this is normal without a manual.. Unfortunately, the power supply had no instructions with it, and there is no place they can be downloaded from. The tracking information could not be retrieved either.
