Very nice recreation of the Red Wing Iron Rangers for a third of the price. The leather has a nice color and is very thick. It did crease a little right away. Midsole is Goodyear welted crust leather. Outsole is a perfect recreation of the Iron Ranger nitrile cork soles, at least aesthetically. They are unlined but feel comfortable despite being stiff out of the box. Stitching is mildly uneven in a few places but that’s certainly priced in and acceptable. Beautiful and honest pair of boots. Make sure you get the sizing right! It’s not standard! Talk to the seller if you have any doubts. He told me what to get and it came out perfectly sized.
Leather developing a beautiful pull up! Very satisfying. I believe it’s a wax coated nubuck or suede and has a beautiful patina incoming. Be advised that this means it scratches very very easily but it looks even better as it ages!
