hi, the crimper does not cut the wire flush with the connector. because wire is sticking out in the front the connector does not click into the cctv camera socket. as it is now, tool is useless as I have to cut wire flush to connector with a razor blade. I tried several times, same result. please let me know if there is anything else I can do to fix this issue. if not I have to open a dispute. thank you
