Bought two locks. Neither works. Was able to connect to the phone but clicking on lock button doesn't move the lock latch. Seller doesn't respond.

THE APP that is commanding the item IS NOT WORKING!!! It crashes when you want to "add key". please install the app "Yeelock" from Google Play before ordering the item. The seller doesn't respond to messeges, and it speculates the AliExpress policy to "return goods in order to be refunded". It was hard to make a point during the Dispute in front of AliExpress. BUT AliExpress is PROFESSIONAL, and understood the situation, refunded me (And I wasn't obliged to sent the item back, action that is more expensive than the item itself).
