Did not receive the product due to the pandemic. The seller was very cooperative and helped extend consumer protection time but still, product did not arrive, so i was refunded in full.
This delivery was not received and you have not allowed in the system to select that I have not received the delivery. No tracking info for 2 months. You have also ignored the message when I have disputed the shipment. Handling of this order was totally unprofessional with no way of contacting you or the vendor.
