Good customization but we should be clear in explaining what we want .
Terrible experience all around. Firstly I paid extra to have the items shipped to me, they were supposed to be dispatched within 5 days, they weren't dispatched until 9 days. The shipping I paid for was to be delivered within 13-20 days, my items took 55 days to be delivered! Then when they finally did turn up 2 of the 6 hoodies had stains on them. I then asked for a refund on those 2 hoodies and they would not refund me in full, they expected me to pay to ship them back to them and then they would refund me, so I have to pay shipping costs twice because their product is faulty!! The hoodies themselves were not very good either, very cheap zips, but the printing looked good, but that was it, overall it was a bad product and bad service.
