I am very happy with this lock and it's a beautiful lock. But I contacted customer service to get help with the setup of the lock and didn't response any longer to me. That was very disappointing for customer to now ignore you once you receive your order. I also would like to know what size is this cylinder mm? Is it 40mm + 10mm? I would like to buy one that I can make duplicates of the key but the one that came with this lock you can not make copies and there are only 2 keys included in your order. Does anybody knows how much this cylinder measures?
