The order process has been closed, but I have not received any goods. Therefore I ask for reimbursement of the costs.
I highly DO NOT RECOMMEDED because you couldn't be sure about your package or even your money. I made an order and it takes more time to ship then ussually, I was patient because of the festival and situation regarding virus. After few days when package was finally sent I got a message from seller that package was lost and I have chosen refund. Despite this I couldn't open dispute because of system rules(only10 days after package is sent you could do it. After I wrote for seller about opened dispute and Igot anwer that my package is on the way and I have to be patient. After long discusion they told me that they refund me if I send it back(of course if I even receive it), but I have to pay for return by myself. Postman informed that it will cost more then 6€ . It is one bag price !? There is no point to keep it because I not only made but already received bags from other seller. Finally theyblock my messages and there is no communication anymore. So there is no package and no money.
