The soldering station works as described in the advertisement. There is a problem. The mains adapter included has broken PE connection! After disassembly the mains adapter this seems clearly deliberate, i.e it is life-threatening. Do not use it, but throw it in the trash and replace the connector of the power cable. By the way, the following text will appear on the side of the adapter: "FOR EXPORT ONLY TRAVEL ADAPTOR"
