Received the refractometer in good time. Checked the zero of the product and all good but when used on a brew day the span was way out. I checked the liquid with a hydrometer and it was 1.059 while the refractometer was only ready 1.052. This is terrible and you can only calibrate the zero so if you adjust the 1.052 to 1.059 your zero moves off. This is a span issue that is a result of poor production!
