I received the product. I found the package not to be robust enough for such a kind of product. I connected the camera to the power outlet. The camera then made a click sound and started rotating. When it rotates counterclockwise it makes a loud noise. When it rotates clockwise, it makes, in my opinion, what would be a normal noise. Before any change in the direction of the rotation a loud click is heard. When trying to connect the camera to the WiFi, I simply do not hear Waiting to connect. Even after resetting the camera the message Waiting to connect is not heard. The product has a hardware problem and needs to be replaced.
