I bought and paid for an extra shipping service to be faster due to my urgency to have the backpack due to my work. Until today I have not received my purchase and the term already extended by them and in a lot of 7-10 days guaranteed term, it goes on more than 30 days, term that has already ended. I don't need the backpack anymore because I had to buy another one at a local online store. I asked for a refund, Aliexpress did nothing to resolve the matter, just say to contact the seller who also says nothing. I want to say that Aliexpress is becoming discredited in protecting the customer and confirms what is heard and read. In addition to having already received a backpack that only lasted 4 months in a previous purchase, I gave it a third chance and now this happens, so I do not recommend, running away from this company is the best you can do.
