The item may well have been perfectly fine for what I wanted. I paid extra to have the item shipped quickly, and the store sent it out fairly quickly, no problem, but the shipping company appears to have lost it. It hasn't helped that the store never responded to any of my messages, resulting in frustration from me, so I can't offer any good feedback at this point.
