Nice goods and good quality for the price.
I have not received the package. After I provided evidence that DHL couldn't locate the package, the seller first agreed to reimburse the money but in the dispute he then did not accept the reimbursement. I would have expected at least a prior message with an explanation for this change of mind! The seller also did not provide a valid link to track the package (on the website it was DHL Express instead of DHL Freight). Only after I had opened a dispute, the tracking information was provided. Aliexpress says I should have picked up the package by myself and that I should prove the package loss. Both is wrong, DHL must prove that the package has been delivered successfully - and they can not. It seems to me that both the seller and Aliexpress do not take this issue serious enough. After having ordered more than 100 items on Aliexpress without any problem, they have lost me as a customer now. What is the whole point of buyer's protection if it fails with high-priced goods?
