Charger sent in time. Delivery wasn't fast. Charger wasn't packed well, but it came intact. Charger works strangely. Under some conditions it starts to work periodically. But I have no time (see below) to catch this bug, so I haven't raised a dispute. Seller is a cheater. He doesn't answer in time to my request for protection time prolongation - and it results in inability to thoroughly test charger. It's a winter in Ural, so I can't discharge battery often - it isn't season for bike. So, i STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this seller.
