Good point The top surface and mounting surface are milled to give a flat surface. The product was not damaged in a tight packaging. Disappointing points It was necessary to clean it considerably with the chips, styrofoam used as the cushioning material, and unknown black stains from the above processing. Compared to SEMIKRON's P3, it is about 1.5 kilograms lighter and thinner (especially the bone around the center is thin), so the thermal resistance of natural air cooling may be inferior by a few to ten percent. Of course, I didn't make any complaints because I didn't buy it with performance guarantee, but it was nice to include the weight in the product description that can be seen before purchasing.
