the worst experience on this platform !! I was place an order for EZ400Pro, after few hours I was cancel it. seller was contact me, he was offer me Pad3, I was order Pad3 (1000£ money stuck from 29 Dec). After that, the nightmare was start. seller refuse to send me Pad3, he just keep my money stuck. seller mark my order shipped on 31 Dec, even if I was cancel it. I was open a dispute to ask for refound, seller was ask me to find his parcel first, after that I have to send it to him, if I want my money back. sorry ? I have to find your parcel? I'm a customer, I was pay for a product, and for shipping (even if it was free) to get it at my door. I dont have to play hide & seek with my money. your job as a seller is to make shure that my order will be delivered TO ME, not just to send it and after that don't give a s**t. YOU FAILED AS A SELLER ! Now I have to lose few more days with forms from bank and police, to getting my money back from this fraud.
I was ask seller to provide a proof of delivery, a signature, a name, anything, he was unable to provide that. he doesn't have any interest, because he will take his money from aliexpress anyway. or this is what he think.
