Good product and service from seller. Fast shipping
seller delivered my order to someone else, not to me. he refuze to admit that. I was open dispute, still waiting for aliexpress to come with a solution. if they didn't provide the fair solution, I will ask my bank to help me with getting my money back from this scammer. I was order it on 29 December, cancel order after few hours, seller was contact me trying to send me something else, he offer Pad3, I was order and pay for Pad3, on 31 seller cancel my cancellation and mark this order shipped (pad3 still unprocessed). I was open a dispute, he provide a tracking number where say it was delivered on 30 Dec (shipped on 31, 2 days after I was cancel it). now is 12 Jan, seller refuse to send Pad3, he keep 1000£ stuck 2 weeks. now he ask me to find his parcel if i want my money lol. I was ask seller to provide a name of person who was signed for that delivery, he wasn't able to do that (because it doesn't exist).
he can send even an empty box, and he will take 334£ for that... because nobody knows what it was in that order... and aliexpress refuse to help me, they ask me to provide a proof of lost parcel. I was provide a proof from Amazon, they didnt find that tracking number in their system. that delivery was a ghost. aliexpress should ask seller for a proof of delivery, not me. I was paid for an order to be delivered to me, in my hand, not somewhere in UK, and after that let me find it lol... disgusting!! I DON'T RECCOMEND! I'm not the only case with that problem, he have more cases with lost delivery, check his other products review. if you make my mistake, at least don't let him take the money ! take a lawyer, it will be cheaper than 335£, and he won't take money for that scam !
