Exactly as described. Quite powerfull. 2 steps of power. I didn't test waterproof but there is o-ring between head and body so I think it will be OK. Small and light. I'm very happy with it.

Package never arrived, seller was not helping at all. Gave a completely chinese update on delivery, which did not help. Did not get a refund.
