Package arrived 19 days after ordering. I haven't tested the modules' full capabilities yet (current limiting, power delivery vs temperature, efficiency tests), but preliminary testing (24V input, 12V 2A-3A output) produced no apparent problems. It's led lights blue when no current is flowing, turns red when there's current flow.
