The item arrived quickly. Corresponds to the description. Before applying voltage to the input, you need to set the variable resistor to "0" Ohm, and then adjust the output voltage, otherwise the output voltage may be equal to the input. Test conditions: Input - 12 V, output - 5 V, then - 8 V. Load resistance - 10 Ohm, then - 3.7 Ohm. The PWM frequency is 277 kHz, the voltage at pin 2 of the microcircuit is 0,791 V. The heating is insignificant. I recommend the seller.
