Arrived earlier than expected and packaged well. Easy to use just plug in power. Brochure is clear and easy to understand . But the heating pad does not get warm enough at highest setting 3, though it feels warm . i am not sure what temperature it is at any given time (display do not show) but definitely it feels not at 50-60C given in product specs . also there is no name and model of the heating pad on the product brochure . where is the warranty card for 2 years ? it’s not in the box either . Thanks !
