Everything fine, happy customer. I am a returning customer in this shop and I am owning various Xituo knives made of Japanese damascus. ***** The knives are beautiful and very sharp. I am a sharpening enthusiast and I sharpen all my knives regularly, so I cannot tell how fast or slow these knives are getting dull. But again, I am very happy with the quality of the Xituo damascus range. ***** Swiss dried cold cut meat such as Buendnerfleisch, Bauernspeck can be slices thinner than 0.5 mm without any difficulties. ***** The Xituo shop and its damascus knives range is in my opinion highly recomendable!
