Distinguished sellers The knife is very beautiful !!! But not sharp enough today I used it for the first time 11.12.2020 I took it from the mail on 8.12.2020 I only cook on Fridays. I cut onions and parsley - only vegetables and I had to use force - it does not fit a Japanese / Chinese knife of this type !!!!!!!!! Plus it's not really balanced but it's a bit negligible which really bothers me it's not sharp enough ?????????????????? Expect an answer Sincerely Raniel
