The knives finally arrived. Now I have the complete set. Started with the chef's knife for 1 year and just added the 5" and 3.5" The VG10 blades are good and keeps an edge good. For the price I don't need to feel bad about using them. :).

The knives finally arrived. Now I have the complete set. Started with the chef's knife for 1 year and just added the 5" and 3.5" The VG10 blades are good and keeps an edge good. For the price I don't need to feel bad about using them. :).
Used for about a month. cuts well and edge retention pretty good. G10 grip resist water and works good. Overall very happy. A little stropping made it even sharper.
