a very nice knife, hard and light steel, very well balanced, and very sharp. Thank you for your nice work
Amazing Gyuto Knife sharp enough to start cooking wood seems to be good Ebony and Real Bullhorn on the "Kakumaki" ( ferrule area ) I'm very impressed looks like a Expensive Japanese Gyuto and that's really Good!! blade geometry is very gentle and enough length for a lot of tasks in the cutting table I hope the 14C28N steel is well hardened to hold and edge . I'm very happy even my Knife is slightly "bend " to the right side seen by the backspine Thanks mr. Seller!! ( this knife would look better without brand in the blade )
