Very good quality product, would have to pay 3x the price for a similar product. Only thing is the shipping took 3 months

A screw is missing. The seller doesn't propose a suitable solution for me. They say it is not possible for their product to be incomplete. But the reality is that without the screw, this product is useless. They requested to me do to a video to prove that. I did, and they continue to say that it is not possible. This seller is not trustworthy.
