The seller clearly breaks our chat arrangements. He is dishonest. He lied to the customer. Changing the shipping method resulted in a drastic increase in costs. The seller should tell me how big they are. DHL sent me a request for payment of PLN 537 ($138). I wanted to give up and return the package. The seller did not want me to send the package back and offer me return half the tax costs back. He promised a refund, misleading me, not going to do it. I could return the goods without paying additional taxes.
