The product arrived but it doesn't work. Every time I try to connect the door bell to the app, the app says "the device is paired by other pepole". I tried pushing the reset button several times but it doesn't work. I asked my money back and didn't get it. The seller sent me a video that supposed to help me connect instea, but the video doesn't help. I sent him another message but he didn't answer me. very bad product!

### DO NOT BUY IF OUTSIDE CHINA ### It does not work. It seems to be the case for everyone in europe. There are no push messages if someone rings the bell. You rarely can connect to the live stream. If you open an dispute it will be closed and you don't get your money back. Nearly 40 Euros wasted! DO NOT BUY!
