Product is fine but customer service is very very poor - does not reply to messages and enquiries.

Fast shipment. I'm just confused: the sensor shows about 75% higher than my two Xiaomi air purifiers. Even the filtered air shows quite high (>50) and outdoor shows quite high (>35) which is a lot more than my previous Xiaomi sensor read. So I'm not convinced yet.
