the humidifier works fine, it is fairly quiet and the water that comes out is in very fine particles so no drops or leakage anywhere. also, customer support is very nice, helped a lot because I tried to install the device through the MI HOME app and couldn't do it untill I set the region to "mainland China". don't know why. it is very easy to use and program after that. I am planning to get the xiaomi smart hygrometer as well, since it would be better to setup the device according to ideal conditions. shipping from Spain took about 4 days.
