The stabilizer mounting posts on the 4u space bars are not spaced for 2u stabilizers, which is the standard for keycaps shorter than 5-6u. They are actually spaced 1u away in either direction from the center post, in a way that allows the keycap to be mounted on three separate switches in a row, which is useless, since no-one makes stabilizers with that kind of spacing, and no PCB or plate is designed to fit them even if they did. There is no way to tell from the product description or pictures. I previously ordered 2u space bar keycaps from the same vendor, and they had the correct stabilizer post spacing. Not sure why they don't use the same spacing for all of their keycaps, which is, again, standard.
Excellent for my G.Skill non-standard bottom row / spacebar... and I get to custom paint it.
Hold on... my bad... G.skill's space bar is not compatible with this one. Looks like the stems are less than 1mm off... and it will not fit as is. Again, something I knew I can run into when buying. Just keep that in mind. I'm not dissatisfied with the product at all. Thank you.-
