Disappointed. Many scratches on the side of the iron(photo1). Dirt on the surface of the bottom side (photo2) . I tried to clean up the dirt, but I couldn't remove completely. I’ll try to shave it with sand paper or something. I really don’t care these 2, but there is one more thing. When I tried to use the iron, the both side indicators were unlit (photo3). The manual says that until the iron gets the target temperature, the indicators are lit, but mine is unlit. The digital thermometer seems to show correct temperature. I tried to contact the XCMAN, sending a message to confirm that this is a correct action or not, but the shop never answered. I’d been waiting for a few days. All I want is exchange another new one, which works completely and is clean one. Otherwise I'll just give up and I hope technically I can use it. I know XCMAN manufactures or supplies the OEM of VOLA and Maplus-Briko digital wax irons. I’d expected that it must have been the same quality as those.
