I orderd 2 pieces ER40 hex for try out . The came about one month after payment to Belgium . The hex size is ok within one part , but the are not interchangeble the same size . the difference between the two blocs was 0.17mm so if you want to use these for series work on a milling machine and not changing the set up of the machine ,but only change the bloc that containes the workpiece you end up with differend workpiece dimensions .this my not be a problem for youre application ,but you must consider this in advance. over all these blocs are OK and defenetly the better quality .i have seen them cheeper but than again the hex is just cut of from raw material. maybe grinding to exact size is the solution Best Regards R
