1) The CPU fan header was a little bent. This could not have happened in shipping. I had to gently bend it back to allow the fan to connect. 2) The VRM heatsink thermal pad was too small and left several chips not contacting the heatsink. I had to use the thermal pads I already had to correct this. Check yours to reduce the risk of the board's power delivery failing earlier, due to overheating. 3) Size smaller than ATX so I attached four rubber feet to make the board less likely to bend. 4) DDR3 1333Mhz ram runs in quad-channel with no effort on my part. This maximises the CPUs memory bandwidth and therefore no point in buying faster ram than 1333MHz Improvement - I believe the Q65 intel chipset has integrated graphics. I wish the motherboard had a PCIe slot display port cable which could connect to a header on the motherboard and provide a graphics output, to avoid having to buy a dedicated graphics card which significantly increased the cost of the system.
