I've bought this jacket to be used in bike but compared to other clothes it's not sufficient. Pro: the zipper is well done, the back side cover well up to the neck, its suitable to cold days to go running/jogging for 30 mins max, no other sports. Con: the jacket is not suitable to cycling since the lower part is enormous (it's too large) and the elastics doesn't close well. After few movements they will release the fabrics and cold will come inside. The jacket is not breathable, after few minutes the inside will be completely wet and no way to dry. The outside is yes rainproof but the rain finish it doesn't dry and will be very heavy. I've paid it 39 dollars, so it's not cheap. I suggest other brands for this price.
