I am 173 cm and 84kg (in winter) and big chest, 108-110, and XXL is tight. I would be more comfortable in a 3XL and it would still be tight enough. I should have followed the table which is accurate but i was worried it would be too loose! I will wear it as I am between XXL and XXXL and thinner in summer. Quality is good, elastic and thin, this is what i wanted as i will use it as a base layer only. 12 days to Canada!
