I used the sizing guide but the mask is too large. The inner lining is not held very securely by the velcro attachment points. There is not enough padding to call this a HEMA mask. The mask also came with blemishes and damage. If extra space was filled in with padding, and the quality control was better, this mask would be an excellent value, but as it stands, it is disappointing.
