I received a defective product after the deadline. The seller returned the amount, but after converting the USD to EUR, the amount was lower. He paid via paypal which charged an additional fee and not directly to the card. I received 1.36 EUR less than I paid. Before that, I was told to send nonsensical documentation. Video how I connected the device. The photos were not enough
