It seems to be new. I tested it öffline, not in circuit. It seems to have the maximum(warm) (minimum freezing) cutoff temperature around -6,-7 degrees Celsius. Medium cutoff around -12,-13 degrees Celsius. everything was fine , including fast shipping, but there is one complain: No description regarding working cutoff, cutin temperatures by the seller. But, overall, considering the price and the item is working and seemingly new,: Excellent for the price.
