Bought the XXL and it fits I am 176 cm average body so if you are an adult male around 180 just buy the biggest or the second biggest as I did. The pads are thick and firm enough to actually reduce the input. The actual material of the pants is very thin lightweight elastic not sure built to last enough but for some time it should definitely do the job. The side pads are actually in the right place to protect the hip joint. Overall recommended and it arrived very fast!
